Inspect flashing around vents, chimneys, and skylights for gaps or deterioration.
Check and reseal pipe boots and roof penetrations as needed.
Clear debris, leaves, and organic growth from the roof surface and valleys.
Clean and inspect gutters and downspouts for proper drainage.
Inspect soffit and fascia for signs of water intrusion or rot.
Check attic ventilation and look for signs of moisture or leaks from the underside.
Inspect ridge caps and hips for secure attachment.
Photo-document overall roof condition for insurance and warranty records.
Provide a written report with any repair recommendations.
